Katusiime Mercy
Mercy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Uganda Christian University and also holds a Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications, as well as a Certificate in Star Rating for Schools (2024). She is a communications and road safety advocacy professional with experience in designing and implementing strategic communication campaigns that promote safer mobility and public awareness.
With a background in media, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, she utilizes communication as a strategic tool to influence policy, shape public opinion, and drive behavioral change towards safer and more inclusive road systems.
